As of 12 March 2005 , searching for 'fortuno winnero' in Google doesn't produce a single result and that's exactly why we've chosen this odd combination.

Terms and Conditions
The Fortuno Winnero tournament will start on March 12th 2005 and will end on August 31st, 2005, at 12:00 PM (GMT). In addition we'll give out more prizes on a number of dates which are specified below.
The winner in the tournament will be the one who makes it to top position in Google.com for the words 'Fortuno Winnero'.
The tournament refers only to search results and not to paid inclusions or sponsored links (Adwords, etc.).
Every participant can win only one prize for each test date.
Each domain can win one prize in every test date (this limit doesn't apply on sites that are based on free hosting services such as blogs, Geocities, etc.).
There's no prevention for a domain to win several prizes at different test dates.
If a participant has won more than one prize at the same test date, that participant will receive the higher prize while the lower prize will pass on to the next positioned participant.
Every page that participates in the tournament must contain an active email address in order to successfully contact the participant and transfer to him his prize.
Every page that participates in the tournament must contain the HTML code appearing on the main page of the Google Contest.
It is allowed to use any methods to promote a site in Google, with the exception of methods that may be hurtful to people or to other sites (for example: sending junk/spam mails, flooding forums, etc.).
Prizes:
Prizes to the top positioned winners at the end of the tournament (August 31st, 2005, 12:00 PM).
First Place - $1,000
Second Place - $250
Third Place - $100
Additional prizes will be given to sites that will be top position in Google on the following dates at 12:00 PM:
March 31st - $100
April 30th - $150
May 31st - $200
June 30th - $250
July 30th - $100
In addition a $350 prize will be given to the best and most original sites as will be determined by BeTheDealer.
All hours herein are Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
The tournament results as determined by BeTheDealer are final and undisputed. Since Google search results can differ due to unsynchronized datacenters , the winner will be determined by results returned by a specific computer at BeTheDealer. Screenshots will be publicized on our website.
BeTheDealer records, systems, and/or any body on it's behalf will be crucial evidence as to the winner's identity.
BeTheDealer and/or any body on it's behalf shall not bear responsibility to content errors and/or typos.
The end result shall be determined solely by BeTheDealer. Let it be clear that there may be human and/or technical errors. In such cases BeTheDealer and/or any body on it's behalf shall not bear responsibility towards the participants, and the participants hereby waiver any claim and/or demand against BeTheDealer and/or any body on it's behalf.
You hereby state that you are fully aware that the tournament and/or parts of it rely on computer software which are not immune to errors or malfunctions.
The participant hereby acknowledges that he or any body on his behalf shall not have any claim and/or demand against BeTheDealer and/or any body on it's behalf in anything that has to do with the tournament either directly or indirectly.
Notwithstanding any provision contained herein, it is hereby declared that participating in the tournament is for amusement purpose only, since there may be faults in the tournament, and in any case participating in the game shall not provide grounds for any claim what-so-ever that is directly and/or indirectly related to the tournament, it's management, results, and/or anything that has to do with it.
BeTheDealer may at any time stop immediately for any reason what-so-ever, and at it's own discretion, the tournament and/or change the tournament's rules and in an announcement that will appear on the BeTheDealer website. It is agreed that such announcement shall be sufficient and adequate notice and the participants waiver any claim as to the conclusion and/or modification of the aforesaid tournament rules. Notwithstanding any provision contained herein:
BeTheDealer shall be authorized at it's own discretion and at any time to end and/or modify the dates, prizes, and/or rules or the tournament in a message that will appear on the internet site www.BeTheDealer.com. The participants agree that any message that will appear on the site will be sufficient and adequate. The participants shall not have any claims, among others, to the end and/or modification of the aforesaid.
Participating in the tournament and all it's stages is the sole responsibility of the participants in the tournament, and BeTheDealer shall not bear responsibility for any damages, including but not limited to, physical damages to any of the participants following and/or related to participating and/or not participating in the tournament.
Notwithstanding BeTheDealer's aforementioned general releases, in any case that it would be proven that a malfunction, damage, or negligence has prevented the participant from participating in the tournament and/or win the prize, BeTheDealer shall not be responsible.
BeTheDealer reserves the right to add, deduct, and modify the prizes and offer alternative prizes at it's sole discretion.
It is hereby made clear that the winning of a participant might be televised and advertised in various media, including television, printed press, internet websites, and by participating in the tournament the winner agrees to be photographed and have his name and picture advertised under the aforementioned coverage.
BeTheDealer reserves the right not to grant the prize in any of the aforementioned dates to any participant that has made any, for not limited to, the following: deceit, misdirection, counterfeit, etc.
By participating in the tournament the participant hereby agrees to any and all of the above participation rules and thus waivers any claims towards BeTheDealer that are related to the tournament.
Notwithstanding any of the above, the participant and/or someone who wants to participate hereby states and agrees that the selection of the winners is final, resolute, unquestionable, and binding, for there may be errors in managing the tournament, and in any case participation or non-participation in the tournament will not provide cause of any claims what-so-ever.
These terms and conditions settle the rules for participating in the tournament and are contractually binding.
The terms and conditions fully cover the rights and duties of all sides and participating in the tournament provides full acceptance on your behalf that you fully accept all the aforesaid terms and conditions.
